Lost your code? Access codes are stored only as one-way hashes, so nobody — including the Guild — can recover them. If you lose it, submit the concern again and mention that it repeats an earlier report.

Never share your access code. The Guild, lecturers and university staff will never ask for it by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or social media, and never send you a link to “verify” it. Only type it on this site, after checking the address bar.
